Summary
Cybertron is at war, and victory depends on more than strength.
As Megatron rises from revolution to conquest, Soundwave becomes the unseen force holding the Decepticon war machine together. Every transmission, intercepted signal, troop movement, supply route, and hidden weakness passes through him. While others see cities, armies, and battle lines, Soundwave hears the structure beneath the chaos.
But Cybertron does not fall easily.
Vos burns. Praxis changes the war. Iacon resists. Optimus Prime rises from impossibility, and the Autobots learn to move in silence beyond Soundwave’s reach. As combiners, Guardians, and new weapons reshape the battlefield, the war becomes larger, costlier, and harder to control.
